Once you have completed this module we recommend you do the following:

• Plan when you will do future modules
• Apply at least one of the ideas in this content. This may either be to your learning on the programme or in your work role
• Start a journal and write about the insight you’ve gained, your reaction to the ideas presented and your intentions as a result of what you have learnt
• Share at least one of the ideas with a colleague or friend and discuss its relevance to you personally.
